Brainstorm Blog #2

I think I want my 4:33 soundscape to tell a story, and have listeners go through a journey to the end. I'm not sure exactly what I want the story to tell yet but I think I have an idea of what I want it to be. I think I want it to be a day in the life of myself this summer, whatever that sounds like. I think this can be interpreted in many different ways and I would be interested to see people listen and react to it. I am worried that it will be hard to fit sounds that people recorded into this theme, but again it's very abstract and open to interpretation, so I'm hoping I will be able to find something that relates to what I want the soundscape to feel like. I am also worried it will sound too much like a song. I want it to sound more like you are walking through a hallway based on someone's story that has different sounds at different points, and by the end of the hallway you can understand the story.
